Foraging for Wild Garlic

We came across this wonderful patch of wild garlic yesterday evening near Ogmore Vale, here in South Wales. Today, head chef Ben will be using it to make some delicious Wild Garlic, Potato and Black Onion Seed Pakoras.

They will be onsale at g39 in Cardiff, tomorrow evening (May 4) at the Barnraising and Bunkers exhibition, being held as part of Cardiff’s International Festival of Photography.
