The Parsnipship are looking forward to hosting our second special evening cookery course next week – on Thursday, June 20.
Based at our HQ in Penllwyngwent in Ogmore Vale, we will show you how to prepare some beautiful seasonal salads and inpsire you with some fabulous BBQ ideas. We are hoping the sun is going to be shining for the evening – which runs from 6-9pm.
Last month, our enthusiastic students cooked up a variety of wonderful seasonal food, including Tofu Salad with Mustard Dressing, Polenta Three Ways, Flatbreads, Aubergine Curry, Scrambled Tofu and Wild Garlic Pakoras.
The evening costs £50, which covers the cost of all ingredients and tuition and pretty much as much food as you can eat!
We have lots of other courses planned throughout the summer, including a day course on Saturday, July 20 and a Pop-Up course in Swansea featuring seasonal curries, on Thursday, July 25.
Here is what Lorriane, one of our previous students had to say about the last course she attended. “I had the most amazing time at The Parsnipship cookery course where Ben and Helen inspired us with so many dishes. We brought home lots of ideas and some fab food! I particularly loved the pakoras which are so easy to make and we learnt a whole new way of cooking aubergine for a fantastic curry! Can’t wait for the next one.”
