										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>West Country Farmhouse Cheddar &amp; Leeks Melted Together &#8211; our take on the traditional Glamorgan Sausage!</strong></p>
<p><b>Serving suggestions: </b>Best served hot &amp; melting! Bake in the oven or even griddled on a hot plate for 8 mins to use as a veggie burger. Serve with Dijon crème fraîche &amp; a pile of seasonal greens, or with sautéed potatoes, mushrooms, onions, sage &amp; thyme. Can also be used as a delicious topping for a &#8216;veggie shepherd&#8217;s pie&#8217;.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients: <span style="font-weight: 400;">Leeks (41.1%), Cheddar Cheese (</span><b>Milk</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">) (20.5%), Breadcrumbs [</span><b>Wheat</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salt, Yeast], Carrots (15.4%), Water, Salt.</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Nutritional Information per 100g</strong>: Energy 941 kJ / 225 kcal; Fat 11.1g of which saturates 6.81g; Carbohydrate 22.4g of which sugars 2.5g;  Fibre 2.8g; Protein 10.3g; Salt 1.18g</p>

Use by date is printed on topper.<br />
Keep refrigerated &lt;5°C.<br />
Suitable for home freezing for 3 months &#8211; defrost overnight in fridge and consume within 3 days.</p>
