The little sister to our Tandoori Mash-Up, our Thai Mash-Up can be treated in similar ways – it’s so versatile, you can bake it, griddle it or crumble and melt it into coconut milk to make a base for your favourite Thai curry – or just scoop it up with your favourite crackers!
This mash-up just loves to sit a-top of a salad with a dollop of cooling yoghurt too – equally delicious served hot or cold this way.
Suitable for vegans and gluten free.

Bake for 15-20 mins at 180°C
Pan fry gently for a few of mins on each side.
Use within 10 days / freeze on day of purchase and cook from frozen for 25-30 mins at 180°C
