Our signature dish and 2015 Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Award winner!

Pop your Glamorgan Crumble in the oven or griddle on a hotplate. Our combination of leeks, carrots and mature Cheddar cheese is wonderful with Dijon crème fraîche or horseradish.

Serve with Cavolo Nero sautéed with garlic and onion to make an alternative Sunday roast!
