Wild & tame mushrooms with carrot, peanuts and deep herby flavours.

Whole and chopped peanuts with wild & tame mushrooms & mixed herbs is our play on the traditional nut roast. The crunchy texture of the roasted outside promises of the deep flavours within. We love to serve it with a rich Cabernet Jus and sauteed potatoes.
