After a week or so of recovery following our Glastonbury experience, July is a month of markets, food festivals and preparation for our BIG month of events in August. Here’s where you’ll find us:
Penarth Food Festival – this Sunday 12 July
Held at The Kymin House and Grounds on Beach Road in Penarththis is a ‘food festival with a view’ and a unique showcase for the best of local produce and local food businesses.
Gloucester Quays Food Festival – Friday 17 – Sunday 19 July
This event is FREE and a treat for everyone with a taste for fine food and drink!
Portraying the history, heritage and culture of Caerphilly, this festival kick’s off on the evening of Friday 24th July with the The Taylor Wimpey Great Cheese Race 2015 T 6.30pm and Fireworks at 10pm.
Our summer events schedule then steps up a gear as August sees us heading firstly over the bridge to enjoy the Wilderness Festival (6 – 9 July) a music festival renowned for it’s eclectic mix of music, arts & food – we are really hoping we escape the stall long enough to see Björk…
Then back over to Wales to The Green Man Festival (– Aug), our first time with a stall at this festival that we usually enjoy as pure “playtime” – and we can’t wait to see the wonderment of the Green Man creation this year.
