The Parsnipship in Buzz Magazine

Our vegetarian and vegan foods were sampled by the editorial team at Cardiff’s Buzz Magazine recently, leading to a review of The Parsnipship in their May issue.

Buzz Magazine can be picked up for free at various outlets in Cardiff. Turn to page 26 to read Buzz’s verdict on our Shropshire Blue and Spinach Cake, Glamorgan Crumble, Tandoori Lentil and Chickpea Burger, Wild Mushroom and Nut Roast and Indian Summer Pie.

Just a note to say fresh mushrooms are used in our Wild Mushroom and Nut Roasts – not dried ones!
