Monday saw Ben and the crew travelling down to Somerset to start the massive job of setting up our stall at this year’s Glastonbury Festival. The preparation tasks involved setting up a new refrigerated van, organising flooring, lighting, signage, shed loads of equipment and ingredients…and that’s before it’s even begun!
The last couple of days have involved setting up and organising everything ready for when the gates open to thousands and thousands of revellers at at 8am tomorrow morning (Wednesday). The weather forecast looks good at the moment, so we’re keeping our fingers crossed for a fabulous and busy weekend, during which lots of people will get to taste The Parsnipship’s food for the first time!
