West Country Farmhouse Cheddar & Leeks Melted Together – our take on the traditional Glamorgan Sausage!
Serving suggestions: Best served hot & melting! Bake in the oven or even griddled on a hot plate for 8 mins to use as a veggie burger. Serve with Dijon crème fraîche & a pile of seasonal greens, or with sautéed potatoes, mushrooms, onions, sage & thyme. Can also be used as a delicious topping for a ‘veggie shepherd’s pie’.

For best results – Remove packaging apart from tray. Place in centre of pre-heated oven at 180°C/170°C/Gas Mark 5 and bake for c.20 mins, ensuring food is piping hot as appliances may vary. Allow to stand for a minute or two before serving to avoid burns.
