As all orders are made to the specific requirements of the customer we reserve the right to charge for orders cancelled after preparation has begun. Cancellation must be via email.
If your products do not arrive in peak condition as per your order please contact us and we’ll be happy to put things right. We may ask for you to send us a photograph to show us the problem, after which we will replace / refund at our discretion.
You will be able to amend your order at any point up to the final submission for payment. Provided the credit card details are correctly authorized by our Payment Services Provider your order will now be placed. The “Order Recieved” page indicates that your order has been placed successfully and a contract is now in force.
