We are the proud makers of the renowned Parsnipship products: unique, vibrant, colourful and delicious Vegetarian and Vegan products, handcrafted in small batches in the Forest of Dean on the edge of the Wye Valley, using natural ingredients with vegetables, nuts and pulses at the front and centre.
Originally established as a home-based business in the Vale of Glamorgan in 2007 by the brilliant Ben and Flo selling products at farmers markets and food & music festivals, production moved in 2011 to Ogmore Vale to increase capacity and expand the range of products.
Today, our products are still handmade by a small team specialising in Vegan and Vegetarian food under the careful wing of Cinderhill Farm, using the best of ingredients & slow cooking methods, and are sold to independent retail outlets, foodservice and for event catering.
