Ingredients: Mushrooms (23.9%), Carrots, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salt, Yeast), Onions, Peanuts (11.5%), Lemon Juice, Soy Sauce (Water, Soy Beans, Wheat, Salt), Garlic, Thyme, Miso Paste (Soy beans, Cultured Brown Rice, Water, Sea Salt), Black Pepper, Salt.

Storage: Keep Refrigerated <5°C. Suitable for home freezing for 3 months – defrost overnight in fridge and consume within 3 days.
To reheat: For best results: Remove packaging apart from tray. Place in centre of pre-heated oven at 180°C/170°C fan/Gas 5 and bake for c.20 mins ensuring food is piping hot as appliances may vary. Allow to stand for a minute or two before serving to avoid burns.
