Product Description

Wild & Tame Mushrooms with Carrot, Peanuts and Deep Herby Flavours.

Whole and chopped peanuts with wild & tame mushrooms & mixed herbs is our play on the traditional nut roast. The crunchy texture of the roasted outside promises of the deep flavours within. We love to serve it with a rich red wine gravy and sautéed potatoes.

This 400g roast is packed in a bakeable Panis Bois tray to serve 2-3.


Ingredients: Mushrooms (25%), Carrot, Breadcrumbs [Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salt, Yeast], Onion, Peanuts (11%), Mushroom Stock (Water, Mushroom), Lemon Juice, Soy Sauce [Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt], Garlic, Lemon Thyme, Black Pepper, Salt.

Suitable for home freezing. For best results defrost overnight in fridge.
Ensure thoroughly defrosted before reheating as below. Consume within 5 days of defrosting.

To reheat:
The following are a guide only, appliances may vary.
For best results – remove paper wrapper & place on tray in centre of a pre-heated oven at 190˚C/170˚C fan/Gas 5 and bake for 40-45 mins. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

If frozen, for best results – defrost before reheating but can be reheated from frozen for 50-55 mins at 190˚C/170˚C fan/Gas 5
