Creating unique and original vegetarian and vegan foods since 2006, The Parsnipship is a pioneer of a kinder way of eating. From our humble farmer’s markets incubation via the muddy fields of Glastonbury to the shelves of high end farms shops and delis across the UK we have created a business built on sustainability and innovation. To put it simply: no one does what we do!

We are looking for a creative captain to take on The Parsnipship, expand its horizons and continue to build on the brand’s values of quality and food adventure. We’re looking for a visionary with dynamism and expertise in brand development to ignite the interest and loyalty of new and existing customers and lead The Parsnipship on the next stage of its journey – taking our products into new markets, and increasing their presence in the speciality food market.
We currently produce 7 contemporary recipes, week in week out, which are delivered all over the UK from our base in South Wales. This core range is backed by other tried and tested products including Great Taste and British Pie Award winners and a treasure trove of recipes created & sold at 1000s of farmer’s markets over the years. Ambition and energy is all that is needed to add these to the range and reach more customers.
Our team is our greatest asset, and headed by our production manager Dan, we have a strong and time served brigade that produces thousands of products a week. There’s capacity to do much more to meet the still expanding market in plant based foods.
The Parsnipship has grown organically over the years. Until now, sales have come to us mainly by word of mouth or by crossing paths at festivals or food fairs. With a proactive sales strategy the scope for expansion is huge and all that is needed is an injection of energy and a passion for quality vegetarian and vegan food!
