Product Description

A Moroccan inspired vegetable, cashew and walnut roast with dates and exotic spices.

Serving suggestions: Delicious with fragrant rice & roast vegetables. Or with roasted sumac & cinnamon dusted aubergine wedges, laced with orange zest & oat crème fraîche. Try compressed & fried in garlic & chilli oil. Serve as a nutritious patty/burger with salad, hummus, or a dollop of baba ganoush!

Ingredients: Parsnips, Courgettes, Onions, Dates (Rice Flour), Cashews (8.9%), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salt, Yeast), Parsley, Walnuts (1.5%), Coriander, Cumin, Paprika, Garlic, Salt, Ginger, Turmeric, Black pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon.

Nutritional Information per 100g: Energy 706 kJ / 169 kcal; Fat 6.2g of which saturates 1.0g; Carbohydrate 27g of which sugars 10.7g;  Fibre 4.3g; Protein 4.9g; Salt 0.79g

To enjoy at it’s best: Ready to eat cold, but best served hot.

To reheat: For best results: Remove packaging apart from tray. Place in centre of pre-heated oven at 180°C/170°C fan/Gas 5 and bake for c.20 mins ensuring food is piping hot as appliances may vary. Allow to stand for a minute or two before serving to avoid burns.

Storage: Keep Refrigerated <5°C. Suitable for home freezing for 3 months – defrost overnight in fridge and consume within 3 days.
