Thai Herbs and Spices are Hot and Harmonious in this Chickpea & Lentil Mash-Up

The little sister to our Tandoori Mash-Up, our Thai Mash-Up can be treated in similar ways – it’s so versatile, you can bake it, griddle it or crumble and melt it into coconut milk to make a base for your favourite Thai curry – or just scoop it up with your favourite crackers!

This mash-up just loves to sit a-top of a salad with a dollop of cooling yoghurt too – equally delicious served hot or cold this way.

Ingredients: Chickpeas (51%), Red Onion, Carrot, Spinach, Red Lentils (7%), Creamed Coconut (3%), Coriander, Garlic, Green Chilli, Ginger, Lime Juice, Salt, Lemongrass, Aquafaba.

Use by date is printed on carton.
Keep refrigerated.
Suitable for home freezing. For best results defrost overnight in fridge.
Ensure thoroughly defrosted before reheating as below. Consume within 5 days of defrosting.

To reheat:
The following are a guide only, appliances may vary.
For best results – reheat with or without paper wrapper & place on tray in centre of a pre-heated oven at 200˚C/180˚C fan/Gas 6 and bake for 25-30 mins. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

If frozen, for best results – defrost before reheating but can be reheated from frozen for 35-40 mins at 170°C Gas 5
